Research Visits & Summer Schools
Research Visit at Swedish School of Library and Information Science (SSLIS), University of Borås, Sweden
I worked as a visiting researcher for six months (May - October 2019) at SSLIS, University of Borås with Prof. Helena Francke and Prof. Ola Pilerot - the specialists in information and library sciences field. Åsa Söderlind, the head of the school was also helpful in providing feedback on my PhD project. SSLIS is a place where I was in the most comfortable and expert research environment and was able to make trong professional networks. I took some research courses, participated in research seminars, presented my work-in-progress and made effective contacts with other PhD students. Besides this, I was able to conduct some interviews with volunteers to work on my PhD project. The school also helped me to take basic Swedish language course in University of Borås, which highly helped me to learn the basic things in Swedish and know about Swedish culture.

Summer School at Division of Migration, Ethnicity and Society (REMESO), Linköping University, Sweden
I attended an intensive week of summer school ( 12 - 17 May 2019) at REMESO at Linköping university Sweden. REMESO is an institute answering to the Vice Chancellor for interdisciplinary research, education and knowledge exchange on trans-national migration, ethnic diversity and citizenship in light of economic transformations and labour market changes. I attended lectures about Migration, Women Immigrants and refugees and social changes during the week. We also had different workshops and activities with colleagues. The best chance to meet other PhD students in my early stage of studies. It was a great opportunity to learn about the Migration challenges from the international and specifically the Swedish perspective.

Summer School on Migration and Development, IMISCOE and Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic
I am attending a summer school on Migration and Development in Charles University, Prague in support with IMISCOE. One week (14 - 20 August 2022)) school intends to deliver different lectures and owkrshops in latest migration challenges and in particualr women refugees and thier isssues which is directly realted to my research interest in my PhD.
